Why?

Why is it so hard to keep on track?  It's like you eat that one thing that will throw you off, then there is no stopping it... I need to learn self control!  I am going to try to drink a glass of water when I want something that's bad.  It's hard when there is that temptation when people bring food in for everyone at work.  Grrr... but, here's to a new day, and hopefully a better one.  Everyone keep up the good work!

I once heard someone say that your stomach growling is your body's way of applauding you for NOT eating when it's doing everything it can to convince you otherwise. 

It's hard enough sticking to a diet WITHOUT tempting things around.  You're right - it seems darn near impossible to stop once you cave just a teeny bit. 

Stick with it.  You're doing just fine!  :-)

it may sound stupid but that's how i fight group eating temptations. I just stick a piece of gum and my mouth and feel content with that..being distracted by the minty taste =D

GJ on your weightloss!!! Take it easy and things will go well =D weightloss is a whole new lifestyle change..therefore, it's not always the quickest!! Be patient, you'll see the results soon enough!! ANd....i bet you already see tons right now!!

yeah free goodies are hard to resist, just keep some munchies of your own at work so when you get the erg to have a snack you have stuff there for you to eat.
