Back after a long hiatus!
Well, I'm back here again at EP and I'm feeling good. The hubby and I had a little girl on December 9, 2009! She's just adorable and certainly adds motivation (I want to be able to do EVERYTHING with her!). The pregnancy - certainly added some lbs, but most of them have dropped off. I'm only holding on to 15 lbs of baby weight - I was already back up to 230 when I got pregnant.
I'm following WW on my own - weighing in weekly, point tracking, following the sets of weekly books I have from my previous use of WW meetings... things are going well. Won't weigh in again until Sunday, but have been following and tracking points religously. In the meantime, I've been staying on target and it feels good.

Making time to exercise, even if it is for 15 or 20 minutes when the baby drifts off for a short nap. I can't help thinking... next pregnancy I want to be in better shape beforehand. And I don't ever want to see 245 on the scale again. If I lose as I should, even with pregancy weight gain, it shouldn't get that high again.
