It's a major PITA. There is hardly anything on there either.
I still food journal on SparkPeople.... this thing is a PIA.

Welcome to EP! Good luck on your journey. Yeah, the only thing I use EP for is the blog and weight tracker. I do the food log and exercise log on other sites. Or just on good ole fashioned paper. Yeah, I'm technoligically impaired!

I used it for awhile by just adding my own food, but it got old quick. I'm one of those people that basically eats the same thing all week long anyways ...
