Food Log?

Can that thing be any more user-UN-friendly?  Ugh.  I think I'll stick with my WW food log.  Booo!

Is this thing on?

OK... so jumping on the WL thing once again.  My first attempt at this was in Spring, 2001 and I was quite successful.  I lost 40 lbs in four months.  Then, I met my husband, got married, had a baby... I've regained the weight I lost plus an additional 20 bonus pounds.  I'm an overacheiver.

So yeah, back in February, I decided I MUST do something.  My joints kill me.  I have trouble getting down low to play with my daughter.  My back always hurts and let's just face, I don't feel good about myself.  So, I feigned WW in favor of LA Weight Loss.  That lasted a total of a month or so before the program became just too restrictive for me.

I found myself longing for the freedom to eat ANYTHING.  Bacon is not on plan.  Sausage is not on plan.  Cornbread is not on plan.  Cheesecake?  Laughable - SO not on plan.  Activity points?  Yeah, no.  I found myself reminiscing about the good ole' days of working out so I could splurge on those extra goodies.

So, I rejected LAWL fully and went on a nice little binge.  A months-long binge.    Gained back almost every one of the 17 pounds I lost.  Got a great deal on a great gym mebership, started going and rejoined WW online.  I've been back working out for almost 3 weeks now.  Hopefully, this time, I'll stick with it.
