Monthly weigh-in
Well, I'm 159.8, which isn't too bad, at least I made my goal of hitting 160lbs by March 1, but I have a feeling it's mostly water weight, since I haven't been working out this last week.
I'm still sick = /.
Anyways, goal for March:
1.) No fast food
2.) No salty food
3.) More strength training
4.) 155lbs by April 1.
