Poor eating habit
My eating habit is sooo terrible. Sometimes I would go a few days probably eating less than 700 calories a day and some days I'd go and eat ginormous meals.
I decided to do some reading on calories and I realize I need to eat 1500 calories in order to lose weight. Which means, counting calories!
I don't intentionally starve myself, seeing as how 700 calories is extremely low to eat, but I forget to eat sometimes, I only eat when I see food = /. Especially with working full time and going to school full time, it's hard to eat properly.
I'm worried about starvation mode now, although I never feel faint or dizzy, so maybe I'm ok? Well, time for me to step up, grab a notebook and mark down everything I eat and the calories that goes with what I'm consuming. How do I know what calories are in certain food, especially homecooked meals? I'll have to do more research.
On a brighter note, I'm still working out, I actually thrive on it now. I feel like crud if I don't, I was going to work out 6 days a week, so I decided last night would be my day off from working out, I ended up tossing and turning in bed because I didn't get my work out in, so I just got up, and hopped on the treadmill and lifted some weights. I'm developing some nice habits!
Anyways, aside from counting calories, I'm going to need to work on drinking lots of water. So, my goal for this month is to keep track of my calories and try and drink about 60-70oz of water per day. Sounds simple enough, I hope.
