Happy February!
Whoot! I did my weigh in today, I've lost 2lbs! I hope it isn't water weight.
A new month starts. I'm going to try uber hard to watch my eating habit, I'm still having trouble with this and I'm still working on increasing work out activities. The yogurt thing is getting a bit tiresome, BUT, I'm still forcing myself to eat it. I'm still motivated!
Good luck everyone! You guys are all so inspiring.
