So far so good
I know I just started with this whole weight loss thing, but I've been so good with my exercises, I was extra proud of myself yesterday.
Tuesdays are my worse enemy, mostly cause I get up at 5am and get home by 11pm, so I'm usually extremely exhausted by the time I get home. I'd eat "dinner" since I don't have the time to actually eat until then, I'm going to start packing low fat string cheese and maybe little tub of yogurts and put them in my bag so my body won't go on "starvation" mode. And after dinner I'd take a shower and just hit the sack. BUT, I didn't do that yesterday, well I did eat dinner, but I waited for about an hour after eating and then hopped on the treadmill. Yeah, I DID sleep late, but I was so proud of myself still.
Today, I did well, I had veggies and of course, yogurt. I DID eat a sandwich though, which has white bread. I need to curve my eating habit, but I just LOVE food. I also want to fix my eating habit because I have PCOS and changing my diet would help that. Anyways, I worked out for 40 minutes today, it's slowly improving!
I was reading a few blogs today and I was totally motivated, I feel like I'll ACTUALLY stick to this!
