Beginning.....
I made the commitment several days ago- to lose the extra pounds! Motivated by the article by the extra pounds member in the most recent issue of Health magazine, I joined and have started making subtle changes. I've started walking the dog in the evening for about 35 minutes. I've stopped eating after dinner in the evening, and I've stopped snacking on the food and candy that are always out at work. I think this is a process..... As my title indicates- over the years I've done this lots of times- the problem is I never keep the weight off!! So I'm trying this- something new!! I look forward to getting to know other members who face the same challenge and seeing if we can do this together! Best wishes and let the weight loss begin!!
