Another week has flown by!  I can't believe that September is half way over already......Where does the time go???  Alright, I had a few strays from plan this week but all worked out in the end with almost a 2 pound loss...works for me!  I only have -3.9 to go to be at my half way mark!!!  I will get to half way this month...I am soooo excited!

I am down -1.0 this week....on to the next week!  I really want to get to my half way point this month, I only need -5.8 to do so!  I am trying to think of my reward for half way...hmmmmm.....somedays I still can't believe that I am actually doing this!

New Goal.....

Since I loved having a summer goal (that I did meet!) and working towards something fun...I thought I would do a fall goal!  My fall goal is going to be -20lbs by November 23rd, Thanksgiving!  I know that I will reach my goal!  That would put me at over -60 lbs....crazy!

Slowly.....

Alright....I was down -0.6 this week....I know I did to many little snacks here and there.....and not enough exercise!  I don't have much time to chat since I'm just updating while I'm home for lunch...now I gotta go eat my JC meal!  Hope everyone has  a great week!

Wow...I hit my -40 pound mark today! Whoo hoo!!!  I am also in Onederland now too!!  Barely, but gosh darn it I'm there!  I'm not gonna look back now!  Off to another great week!  Hope everyone is doing well!!!!

This week went great.....I had a big loss due to going down to 1200 calories....It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be...more of a mind game than anything! 

Work has been crazy busy....seems to never stop....guess it's good for the old paycheck but it can be stressful at times...I have to learn how to manage my stress levels better....maybe I should try yoga?? 

Anywho...I have to get back to work.....hope everyone has a great week!

I was actually surprised that I lost anything this week.....I was getting a little bored with some of my food options and ate a little differently a few days but I still did pretty good!

I have been lowered down to 1200 calories starting this week.  I am excited to see if it will make the kind of difference I want to see!  Here we go!

It's amost Monday....

I am feeling better than I was earlier in the week.....I don't think that I am going to have any type of loss tomorrow morning but that's ok....on to a new week!  Hopefully a less stressful one too!  I'll check-in in the morning with my results!  Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!

Having one of those weeks.....

It's just been one of those weeks......I have been pretty stressed out and have wanted junk food all week!!!!  I have still pretty much stayed on track but could have done better...I am not going to beat myself up over it because there is no reason to.......on to a new day!

Hope everyone else is feeling great!  I have been super busy at work so I haven't been on here much! I'm sorry!!!

Sweet, down another -2.0 this morning!  I love this feeling!!!!  I did find out though that I had put my goal weight at 145 with JC....I think I am gonna change it on here and the JC website to 145...I am gonna get there, see how I feel...if I like were I am at I will stay, if I feel like I would be better at 140 then I will set my new goal at 140......Just don't know what I will look like until I get there!
