Back to losing!
Alright, I'm back in the game....kinda :) I still can't exercise and probably won't be able to for about 2 more weeks because I think I started to take it a little to fast the past few days and my body has noticed with a little bit of pain....I just need to slow down a little and let my body recover 100% so I don't screw things up! I was down -1.1 this week....not too much when it's for 3 weeks but I just have to remind myself that I just had surgery :) I am switching my weigh in days to Saturday's starting this Saturday because I am so sick of fighting people to get in for the first appointment on weekday mornings....it's just too hard...I can be much more flexible on Saturday's! So this will be a short 4 days before I have to weigh in again! Hope for the best, expect the worst...lol :)
