Alright...down -1.2.....I really need to step it up and get back to those -2 lb weeks......I started doing day's on my own.....I need to learn how to prepare meals myself....so I can survive in the real world:) Actually, I don't have any doubt in my mind that I can't do this thing on my own now....but I do enjoy my JC consultant and being held accountable every week still helps :) Anywho.......
