Slowly.....
Alright....I was down -0.6 this week....I know I did to many little snacks here and there.....and not enough exercise! I don't have much time to chat since I'm just updating while I'm home for lunch...now I gotta go eat my JC meal! Hope everyone has a great week!

Your Kicking my butt
Ok i'm back in the game. I went back to JC on monday, so I am officially on day three. Thankfully I didn't do too much damage. However I did not lose any either! Wow you are almost at 50 pounds left to lose! As I said before you are kicking my butt!! Well I better get in gear so I can catch up to you lol. Oh yeah and I got accepted into the school program i was hoping to get into so i am going to be busy busy busy. Have a great one and congrats on getting this far!

slowly is better! Its always better to go slow than fast. You are doing good, i have had those days and weeks, snacking is my enemy! Keep on working hard, and you will see results! Look at you! Already in the 40's amazing!!!!
