Motivation Pictures!

Ok, so I posted a couple new pictures from mid to the end of May, they were from my Birthday celebrations.....these are totally motivating!  I won't sit here and bash my pics, even though I know I could, but I do know that that's not the person I want to look like anymore!  I have become pretty obessed with this weight thing lately, no, not to the point of starving myself or anything crazy...trust me! But I have been following my JC menu to the T and exercising regularly!

The first month and a half were so much harder to stay motivated because ya, I was losing weight but I could hardly tell the difference yet as could anyone else. But now that the loss is more noitceable it gives me so much more motivation to stick with everything!

I know what you mean! I would lose weight and i looked the same! It wasnt until i saw a picture of myself the week i started and tears started to roll down my face. I could see the difference, and im my owns hardest critic. I could see the work i have done and i could see how beautiful i looked. I look at that picture everytime i feel down and i feel like nothing is going right. Its a BIG motivation and it always keeps me going. Im proud of you for sticking JC to the T!

Keep on moving girl! We are going to get to the end of the tunnel! Dont give up and lots of love!

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT. IT SEEMS LIKE WE ARE ON A SIMILAR JOURNEY EXCEPT THA T I HAVE QUITE A FEW YEARS ON YOU.
