Seriously this time...lol

Alright...I am so seriously back this time....I restarted JC yesterday.  I already feel so much better about things!  I now it will be a process but I so want to be back where I was before surgery.  I can't tell you how embarrassing it was to go back to JC and be weighed, I gained back so much weight.  I am even so embarrassed to mark it on here in my weight log.  BUT I can't fix what I don't acknowledge so it's time to face the facts.  I have to do this for life, make a complete change.  I know exactly where I went wrong last August so know I have learned from my mistakes, and will move on.  It is was it is!!

New mini goal -15lbs by June 30th, Vacation!!  63 days to go! 

And she's off......

Good for you

I bet that wasn't easy, walking back in to Jenny and having to face the people and the scale.  And your graph.  Good for you owning up to it.
