New goal!
I love having mini goals for myself so I have a new one for myself. My new mini goal is to lost 10lbs by March 3rd. This of course is always easier said than done but I know I can do this!
I finally took that step this morning and weighed myself for the fist time in probably over 3 months...I was very disappointed with myself. What's in the past is in the past. I have to move forward! I will get to a comfortable weight! This is going to be an ongoing process for the rest of my life I have now realized.
I will keep my updates on here of my mini goal!
