Moving....
I'm keepin it movin this week....I am not giving up whatsoever! I have been having a great time working out the past few nights with my ipod....music makes such a difference for me when working out! My husband and I got this ipod a year ago and I had never ever used it until this week...I LOVE it! I find myself dancing around and singing while on the treadmill...that's quite the picture huh...lol.....

You have to love the ipod - it makes all the difference in my workouts. I'll get to the point on the crosstrainer when I feel like I can't go on, then a really rockin' song comes on and I speed up to match the beat. I actually made a workout playlist that has all my favorites to work out to. I mix it up every couple of weeks to keep it interesting because I tend to remember what song is on when I've worked out 1/2 hour, an hour, etc.

Music
Without music i would die!
There have been times where i forget to bring my ipod to the gym and i get so bored. I can listen to the music they are playing but its not my music and its not in my ears so i really cant hear it!
Im glad you are enjoying it! After awhile of listening to the same songs i get bored and start new and different songs.
Keep up the good work!

IPOD
The ipod is the best invention out there! I just got one for Christmas and love to take it to the gym. It really keeps me motivated and the time flies by! Keep it up!
