Plateau???
So...I was completely on track this past week with food and exercise and only lost -0.3....I don't get it...I have worse weeks with food and exercise and lost more than that. I know many people will have plateau's in their weight loss...I'm wondering if that's what I am running into?!? How can I break thru this?? I am at a loss right now and pretty frustrated...not to the point of quitting because I WILL reach my goal but I would like to get there sooner than later. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there! First congrats on your loss. Its a loss and a loss is better than anything! For a plateau i have gone through a couple of those and well what i do so i can get out of that rut is first i change my exercise routine (different machines, could be same machines with more resistance etc.) I also change my eating habits a little. Try new and different foods. Eat dinner at breakfast or vice versa. I guess you have to tweek with your body a little. Its a journey to figure out whats going on. I hope you feel better soon.
