Strength Training....Ugh....

Ok so I started this new program this week with a mix of cardio and strength training...I don't believe that I have lost any weight this week at all...I was hoping this would be a big jump start to my new year...but not so much...lol....I know, I know....muscle weighs more than fat and my body fat % has lowered some this week but I have this bad obession with that number on the scale...I know I shouldn't, but I do.  I'm sure if I just stick with it that I will see results....I still want those immediate fixes even though I have been at this for over 10 months....bad habits are hard to break.  Alright well...we'll see how tomorrow's weigh in goes...cross fingers!

Dont Worry

I know you are going to be fine. The thing that you need to understand is your doing everything right. Yuor exercising, adding strength training and eating right. So, dont let yourself get down, you may think you arn't doing it right but look at how far you have gotten!!! You rock! Don't worry about your weigh in today, you are going to do fine :) I hope you update to us how you did!

Oh and about the scale, man who doesn't want to see a number we would just love? I think its amazing how a number on a scale can dictate our moods for the entire day!

YOU'VE COME A LONG WAY !!!!!!

So totally awesome just look at how far you have come that should be enough to make you smile from ear to ear as my dad used to say..You will be fine at least  you do realize what most people tend forget muscle weighs alot  more than fat. Great job !!!
