New Year's Resolutions

I have decided on my 3 New Year's Resolutions!

1) To get to my goal weight by 24th December 2009. - I seriously think I can succeed this year as I am seriously hating being fat at the moment.

2) To save more money and keep an eye on what I'm spending it on.

3) To move ahead with my career

Xmas and New Year

This is always a hard time of year for all women who are dieting. The delights of chocolate, cheese, bread, roast potatoes.... only to mention a few may mean that the pounds creep back on.

I weighed myself after boxing day and it looked like a four and a half pound gain!!! I've been trying to put this straight with using my brand new Wii Fit and also walking my dog quite a bit. It's all just starting blocks but hopefully when I go to my WI on Saturday, it means I haven't overdone it.


Put on a pound

 Well, I put on a pound this weekend, which I was NOT happy about. Was amazingly good all weekend despite many temptations around me. But I then put it all to waste today by having a snickers... I don't mind them but I don't love them!!!

ARGH!

Oh well, I've written a line under it and will be amazingly good all week!

Going away to Sheffield tomorrow night, which should be quite easy to deal with :)

I have decided to set myself some mini goals to keep my mind on track:

Christmas Day 2008 - 15st 6.5lbs

February 14th 2009 - 14st 6.5lbs

April 24th 2009 - 13st 6.5lbs

May 31st 2009 - 12st 9lbs

What a week!

Well, here I am restarting my blog as I started it in September but didn't do it very well.

Sooo... Here we are again!

I have now lost 9 and a half pounds! Which is a massive boost, of which I have lost the past 5 and a half in the past 3 weeks on the core plan. I can't believe that I find it so easy on this plan. It's been a real eye opener for me the past three weeks that I can eat all the stuff I want and enjoy on this plan. Loving it!

I will add photos of me now to remind me of how I look and how I don't want to be that size anymore!
