Trying to get back on Track.
Well i have been off and on this site reading others blogs for encouragement and motivation so i decided to give it another try posting in this blog.
I am so tired of the up and down yo yo of my lifestyle. I need to make healthy changes and work on not ruining my efforts with my emotional eating.
I am not good at consistantly posting on blogs but i am going to give it a try. Any thoughts and advice on making healthy lifestyle changes would be most appreciated.

Program?
Hey welcome back. Not sure if you've tried different programs? This is only the third one I've did I tried WW, Ediets, and now on JC and it's working for me. You know it's all about diet and exercise you just need to find a program whose diet and exercise work for you for the time being and start learning how to eat/cook correctly. I'm not saying I'm perfect I was up to 260 so believe me we all get to this point different ways and we'll all get out of it. I would suggest spending an afternoon at barnes and noble or the library and find something you would be interested in or joining a support group on here to find out more information. take care and I hope this helps xoxox

Stick with it...
I think the key is finding something you can stick with. As far as exercise, I've found that I love running. I never thought I could run. But I'm doing the Couch to 5k program and I love it! Consistency is definitely the key with exercise. Find a time that works for you and schedule it in. I do my main workouts in the mornings and then try to run 3 times a week. Food wise, I like The Daily Plate. You can log everything there. Food and activity. And it gives you daily calorie goals. Pretty neat stuff. Good luck! You can do this. Oh, and consistent blogging and reading others' blogs helps me out.
