My short term goals
To complete by 8/19:
- Lose eight lbs
- Begin a walking/jogging program
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
- Find several yummy & easy recipes to cook for every meal
- Discover two things I love about my body
- Begin a simple strength training program at home
- Find creative ways to incorporate exercise into my everyday routine
- Log exercise in a journal
- Spend at least one hour outdoors no matter how hot it is

Maybe I'll add some more later as they come to me.

Rewards are good
I try not to make it clothing, since my b/f buys clothes for me when I go visit - but I did just get a pretty skirt/sweater...
