A Loss is a loss
Ok, so I didn't loose the 3 pounds I thought I did. My scale can be kind of hard to read if your weight isn't a number divisible by 5, so I'm attributing it to that. But I'm still pumped, I had kind of hit a wall with my weight loss, and it looks like I found a way to climb over it.
Plus I really think this is the best shap I've ever been in. Maybe not the smallest I've ever been, but I ran over 4 miles last night, and was able to keep up with the boys, I've never run that far before, and I really picked up my pace to keep up with them (they have the distinct advantage of much longer legs) So even though I'm a bit tired today, and have a good sized blister on my foot, it was all worth it. And now I have horse backriding to try for the first time today, can't wait.
