Got my butt kicked!!!
Well, I went to kickboxing again last night. It was my third class, and the hardest one yet. I think part of the problem was that I didn't drink enough water before class, so I was really dehydrated by the time it was over. Well, that's a lesson learned for sure. That class really kicked my butt though. I was planning on going today at noon, but decieded that today needed to be a rest day. My back is really sore so even though I was disappointed (yea disappointed that I didn't get to work out, never ever thought I would say that) even my bf, who is always all about working out suggested that I take it easy today, so I didn't go to class. I did, however, get three classes in this week, which is my minimum that I set for myself. I would really prefer to get 4 classes in a week, but I realize that may not always be possible.
Even though I am taking it easy, yet got done with a much needed soak in the tub, I am still being very mindful of what I eat today, and will probably take a walk later so I can at least say I did something.
