Planning cont...
Ok, so the planning thing has gone really well, except for making for time to blog. I'm really going to try more this week. Plus, I have decieded to step out of my comfort level and try some exercise classes. I'm always so afraid of making a complete fool out of myself, and I just decieded that I don't care anymore. I just want to try something new, and am tired of possibly missing out on things becuase I might be embarressed. So tomorrow, I think I'm going to try a spinning class. Assuming that it fits into my schedule, but I think there is one in the morning and one in the evening so I will figure it out. I'm excited and a little nervous because I've heard spinning can be brutal, but I've always wanted to try it, so I'll let you know how it goes

Great idea!
Hey-hey!
Think going to spinning is an excellent idea. Why? Well besides the fact that it's a great workout, you really can go at your own pace. Nobody in the class needs to know what your resistance is. If it gets too hard, turn down the resistance. If it gets too easy, turn it up! All this can be done with the turn of the hand, and no one but you knows. :) Great choice!
How are you coming with your packing, and end of the month plans? This is your first big move? My first big move was to live with my mom in Little Rock. A few months later I moved again to boot camp for the Air Force!!! I remember I went to work one day and on the way home stopped by the recruiters office and joined the AF! Needless to say, mom wasn't real happy. You know what? Even though they were both kinda scary, it was fun to learn new things, new areas, and make new friends.
Well, gotta go! The Biggest Loser is on. Do you watch it? Love that show. It inspires me to do better and work harder. Good night ~Alicia
