a weary smile for y'all
The whole last week i didn't go to gym. I went to a seminar in Luisiana. Yes, the city of New Orleans with all its magnificent food, but i managed to even lose a couple of pounds by restricting my diet to only 1 restaurant meals a day. And lost of walking of course. I'm standing at 122 at the moment.
I went to a new 45 minute strength class this afternoon. It was intense, and now all, i repeat ALL, my muscles are badly jittery. When i got back home and was making a sallad in the kitchen, i dropped the phone, the box of tomatoes, and the cutting board! I am not aching, but am really beaten;)
I have to add some cardio into my workout schedule, and keep watching my intake. I have an engagement party coming up for me in about a month. Oh yeah:D
