Buy soap bar, instead of chocolate bar!
Last night i went out to sit with a couple of friends for a while, and i couldn't find any of my trousers that fit nicely:( my belly was stuck out of all of them in a very visible muffin top. I will remember my image in the mirror everytime i go to the fridge.
I just came back from a walk in the neighborhood. It took 1.5 hours but i did stop in a couple of stores. One was our city's co-op grocery store to treat myself to something. I first took an organic chocolate bar, then put it back and bought a bar of natural lemongrass and rosemary soap instead! they were both $2.99, and I told myself, i will enjoy the nice smell of this bar in the shower, and also will enjoy the fact that i treated my body to something nice that didn't go inside my belly!:)
