walked to school in the coldddd weather. My ears almost fell off.

These days i fell so out of energy and tired in the workout classes. I drag my body along and throught the classes. What happened to my energy, and the feel-good the workout used to give me?

Jeerjeer jaan,
Looking at your food diary, you probably need a little bit more food my dear. Are you eating around a 1000 cal. a day now?  Try a slice of whole wheat bread with a Tb-spoon of peanut butter with one banana an hour before the class. You will feel a lot better honey joon.
