(these crackers are really good, fills you up and aren't salty so you don't want to eat more. Only 57 cal per 3)

1 scrambeled egg (the egg had 2 yolks!!!)+1/2 slice imitation cheese
1/2 slice bread+1/2 tbs fatfree cheese+
lunch: tilapia+2 boiled potatos+lettus+1 glass orange juice
1 ferrero roche dark (it was the last one left, thank god)
1 apple
5 rice crackers (100cal) +cream cheese(60cal) ++1 walnut+ tomato+cilantro+onion
