(these crackers are really good, fills you up and aren't salty so you don't want to eat more. Only 57 cal per 3)

Food:
1 cup soy milk
1 scrambeled egg (the egg had 2 yolks!!!)+1/2 slice imitation cheese
1/2 slice bread+1/2 tbs fatfree cheese+
lunch: tilapia+2 boiled potatos+lettus+1 glass orange juice
1 ferrero roche dark (it was the last one left, thank god)
1 apple
5 rice crackers (100cal) +cream cheese(60cal) ++1 walnut+ tomato+cilantro+onion
(these crackers are really good, fills you up and aren't salty so you don't want to eat more.)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 big fresh plum
1 cup grapes
1 glass of soy milk.

Activity:
want to go kickboxing at 5:30---> done

در مورد هله هوله دقيقآ هموني كه گفتي درسته.
از بابت پيشنهاد شامپو هم ممنون.
من ازش براي صورتم استفاده ميكنم حالا ميرم براي موهاشم ميخرم.فعلآدكتر يه سري كرم و اينها داده كه بايد كف سرم بزنم.هر دونه تاولهاش اندازه يه عدس چاق شده كه امروز البته زخمهاش خشك شده و نميسوزه.كاش  زودترخوب شه.خدارو شكر لابلاي موهامه و معلوم نيستن.
من وقتي آبله مرغون شده بودم تموم زخمهاي كف سرم رو كندم خداكنه دربرابر اين زخمها طاقت بيارم و نكنمشون چون زخم كه ميبينم همش دلم ميخوادجداش كنم.
