okay, i ate like CRAZY today. i couldn't stop myself. Iwent to the fridge like 20 times after dinner and munched on different stuff....
I feel BAD :(

Thanks for the new Farsi/English site. Azizam, sorry for the late reply. I just got back from a trip with limited access to Internet. Honey joon, unfortunately you can't adjust the elliptical trainer machines. The only way is to just get use to it and then it might feel more natural. For less impact on your knees why don't you use the stationary bikes. I think you can burn as much, if not more, calories on the bike as on the elliptical. Even StairMaster/Steppers are good options for knee problems. But if you really like to use the Elliptical, try it without using the handlebars (If you have a good balance of course). That is a great way to work your core muscle also, and less problem for you to reach for the bars. Anytime that you put your body in an unstable situation, your core automatically engages to keep you from falling. Good luck my friend.
