workout and shrimp rolls!
Strength class today , followed by 20 minutes of uphill jogging on the treadmill. I miss my running training days last summer, but i have slightly pulled the tendon in my left knee (you know, the part on the back of the knee) and i don't want to put any stress on it.
Btw, i made these shrimp rolls yesterday and they were quite tasty and relatively easy to make. I used soft pita bread instead of the wonton wraps and used toothpicks to staple them.
