Enough sleep helps you lose
There's a decrease in the amount of leptin, an appetite-suppressing hormone, when a person gets too little sleep. At the same time, ghrelin -- a hormone that stimulates appetite -- increases with a lack of sleep. Ref: here
Food tha mighr help you sleep: ref
- A small bowl of oatmeal or cereal with low-fat milk
- Yogurt with granola sprinkled on top
- Half bagel or crackers with peanut butter, 1 ounce of cheese or a slice of deli turkey on top
- Sliced apple with 1 ounce of cheese
