White vs. Brown rice
Rice goes through a variety of processes before it's ready for cooking. After harvesting, the seeds are run through a rice huller/husker for milling to remove the outer grain husks. After this process, you're left with brown rice. To create white rice, there's added steps. The germ and the inner husk (bran) is removed, the grain is then polished, usually using glucose or talc. Then you'll have White rice.
The complete milling and polishing that converts brown rice into white rice destroys 67% of the vitamin B3, 80% of the vitamin B1, 90% of the vitamin B6, half of the manganese, half of the phosphorus, 60% of the iron, and all of the dietary fiber and essential fatty acids. Fully milled and polished white rice is required to be "enriched" with vitamins B1, B3 and iron.

I was trying to put all my activities and eating records in one table and when I did it , I couldnot copy and paste it in my blog. For some reason, I cant put them in extrapund weblog. I dont know how to do it. I try to start my day with a glass of boiling water and some squeezed lemon juice in it and drink two cup of green tea everyday. I started also drinking "oolong tea", which is said to increase my metabolism . but I cant go to gym these days. Instead, I do walking very fast every day at least for one hour.I also decreased the bread and rice and also stop eating at 6 pm everyday. My dress is loose for me and I am happy about it. About my life issue, we dont talk about it these days. I am generaly better and feel more energetic than before.
Thank you for your kindness .My dear jeerjeer joonam

another important thing
I must mention this and go. I always remember your saying that we can throw away the extra food and think that it is better to throw away them instead of accumulating them around our waist.now whenver I start eating an unhealty food, I remember that and after I eat a little bit of it, send it to the bin. I also have put a glass of water on my office desk and drink it whenver I can. You see, I am following your ideas very well. They are really helpful.

Great information. I love brown rice. I just wish I could get my kids to like it too. Any info on red rice? It is very popular in Philippines.
