today
- Was 115 in the morning. a couple of days of watching my food intake gets me back on track, thank god. Writting a food log is very effective on my not overeating.
- Went to gym. My days has started so it was tough, but i did get my workout "high" feeling:)
- I'm glad i took a warm fleese jacket to the office. The airconditioning is on and it's freezing cold in here. In the midwest you cannot separate from your jacket, nomatter winter or summer!
