Finally weighed in
So I finally got on the scale. It was bad but not as bad as I was expecting. 168, up 5 pounds. So what did I do, skipped exercise all weekend and ate everything I could. Ive got my gym bag packed to head straight for a workout on my way home today but I didnt get to grab my smoothy goods this morning for breakfast and lunch. Its snowing. Im tired. I hate Mondays!

Enjoy the snow. I'm sure that's not something you enjoy in Ohio, but we don't get enough of it here. Way to go on packing up your workout gear. Have fun at the gym this afternoon!

Hi ya
Thanks for calling by. I am so pleased my internet is back at home now :)
I have a challenge that has been set by Zed42, to run a mile in 8.29 minutes. I know I can do 10 minute miles, so thought 8.29 wouldn't be too difficult, but when I gave it a go I only managed 9.26
Amazingly though, once I'd finished the run my internal furnace really cranked up, it felt great !
I am up too weight wise, and know these next few weeks will be hard
So long as we stay together on EP we will not lose focus
