It took everything

I had to make myself get out there and run last night.  But I did it and although it wasnt easy, it didnt kill me either.  It was just a 3 mile night but 3 miles through the hills seems sooo much harder than 6 on a flat trail.  Plus I dont know what my problem has been but ever since Sunday Ive been in a sour mood, just grumpy and grouchy, like if someone said the wrong thing to me I might bust out crying or get really mad.  Im no where near TOM so its not PMS.  Maybe Im just grumpy because I know Im eatting poorly. 

Tonight I've got a 5 mile run scheduled.  I packed my clothes so I can stop right on the way home and do it.  Theres a chance of storms in the forecast.  Im hoping those hold off because I havent been to the gym to try running longer than 20 minutes or so on the treadmill.  Im afraid Id get too bored or worry too much about my pace.  Either way I need to get it in because Ive got a Tastefully Simple party to go to Wednesday and I wont be exercising that day.

TRAINING

Oh wow, so our marathon's are pretty close together, a bit like our goals in August !

I have 3.5 miles to do tonight, gonna leave my DH at the start line at this rate

I went to the gym last night to do a Step class, I haven't done Step in years.  There were loads of us there - except the trainer   Hopefully she will turn up next week.

So, what did I do ?  I went home of course, walking past all the gym equipment, treadmill's and the yoga class that was about to start - got home and ate 3 (or was it 4 ?) chocolate bars ???? !!!!!

Why ? Because they were there thats why

No way am I on track to reach my target in 3 weeks time !

I wasn't going to do a blogg today, but it looks like I just did it on your's site instead

That is what counts. I'm proud of you.  And, hey, girls' hormones can go crazy even when TOM isn't around.  Are you stressed about something?  I just hope you feel better!

That's the motto, and you did it!   So tonight just tell yourself that you will do it again and if it rains be sure to take some good music with you so you can run.  Keep up the good work.

I know what you mean when you say it took everything, but it is so worth it when you finish.  Hilly paths are so much harder then flat ones, but you got through it -kudos and keep up the good work!

Hi Stranger

I'vae been gone for so long.  Glad to see that you are still plugging along.  WOW, you've lost 25lbs and only have 4lbs to go to get to goal.  YOU GO GIRL.  I have been doing awful and today is DAY 2 of me being back on program and back on track.  I've gone to the gym 2 days in a row and I feel my old self coming back.  IT feels good to be doing well again!  Well just wanted to say hello and let you know that I'm back!  Love the new hair cut.  Not sure how new the picture is, but it's new to me!  I have a new hair cut as well.  I posted the pic as my avatar!
