Weigh in.

I have lost 1lb this week, I'm a bit pissed off about it as I was hoping for a better loss, never mind a loss is a loss.
I'm lucky that during the 20 weeks at Weight Watchers I have never had a gain, I've had some weeks where I've lost 1/2lb which is a bit annoying but then I have other weeks where I lose 3.5lb so it all balances out.

 

100lb challenge.

I started weight watchers on the 28th February this year, I go every wednesday morning at 10.30 am, tomorrow morning will be my 20th weigh in.
As you may have guessed from the title I want to lose 100lbs in total which would take me down to 11st9.5lbs, my starting weight was 18st11.5 lbs and my current weight is 16st2lbs (I'll update you on that tomorrow).

I am on 25 points a day with weight watchers, I chose the points plan instead of core because it just looked easier, if I drop below 16st tomorrow I will lose a point so I will be on 24 a day.
I will add last weeks menu so that you can see what I have been eating.

If you are thinking about losing weight go for it.

I will talk more about the reasons behind my weight loss but I don't have time today.
