I just weighed in and I am 153.8!!!!
woot woot!
now I know that has a lot to do with all the water weight lost during a workout but it doesn't matter......
It's the 1st time in 2 years I've ever weighed 153-point-anything.
= )
So i've been at this now for over a month and I feel great!
i just finished another 45 minute workout & hopefully when I weigh in, i'll be at the steady 154 I'm workin' on..
I've been fluctuating from 154-156 but i'm just waitin' for when i break through to 153..
Every week seems like another pound or two lost & that may not seem like a lot, but it is.
Just imagine yourself losing 10 lbs.
It's cool.
August 30th is right around the corner & my goal was to reach 150. Can I get to 145??
We'll see.

so i finally broke through to a steady 155 with half of the time even being the 154's..
I'd have to credit 3 things towards my success so far:
1. WATER!!!! I drink so much water it's rediculous. Now I still drink a beer or a mixed drink whenever but there's no soda or coffee & water is my main staple.
2. Exercise - Ideally I wanted to workout 5 days a week but since I haven't been as committed to that as I want to be, at least I'm definitely hittin' it 4 times a week & I always do for at least 35-65 minutes.
3. Curbing my appetite - I used to MUNCH so much.. if i was at home alone, which I often am, I'd be checking the fridge 5 times an hour! just munchin' on snacks or whatever every chance I get.
I'm eating pretty damn healthy & have eliminated sugar almost completely so I couldn't be happier.
Well there it is!!!
155. And almost down to 150. And then on my way to 145. = )

It's the first week into July and I'm STUCK at this wonderful weight of between 156 &157. I'm eating right & exercising so I know I'm close to breaking through but it's a bit discouraging to lose so quickly in the first week & now not even lose a single pound the next.
But the great news is that I'm not giving up.
I'm still at it & I can't wait to lose this GUT!!

I can only be honest with myself..
I missed a workout yesterday.
I made sure to get a good one in today & I've been keeping VERY good with my diet.. I take these dietary supplements every once in a while & they actually do a great job at making me not hungry.
I eat what I need to instead of munching all day long just cuz I'm bored.
I'm down to a low 157 & I know soon I'll be at 155.
Am I seeing what I want to see or am I actually looking more
in shape?

As I sit here sweating my ass off after my last workout, I glance down on at my fat stomach rolls & I'm not even embarassed any more... They only encourage me to continue to fight them.
I sold my broken xbox the other day & I needed to weight it in order to ship it & it came in at a whopping 8 lbs.
I'm more than halfway to losing 8 lbs. & when I do, that'll be quite something to think about... Imagine walking around with an Xbox strapped to your gut..
Sweet....
I'm gettin' in the pool.

I did my first 45 minute session with Mya last night & she WHOOPED my ass!
I know after todays & tomorrows I'm gonna be DEAD.

Bring on the pain.

another pound that is..
And 2 pounds less than 162 makes me much happier than 2 pounds MORE than 162.
The race is on.
150... You're only 10 pounds away.
So since I have work & school on Mondays & Thursdays, those are my "no-workout" days.
Today however, I did my second session with Mya, the trainer, and I feel great. Even though it's only 30 minute sessions right now, I can feel the burn & obviously things will only get tougher & more demanding as I work myself into anti-sedentary mode.
It's been a good three days with only one deviation from the diet.
Hot wings!!! they were sooo good too.
here's to tomorrow's session: cardio / upper-body
