That's Right.
I'm loving South Beach. Again, why I EVER chose to do weight watchers first, I'll never understand.
I've been kind of quiet. Mainly because my baby has been sick, and clingy. Then she gave it to me. Luckily its only a mild cold. Just enough to aggravate you.
So, I've officially lost 10 pounds since this all began. 6 on South Beach. haha. I'm only 5 pounds till my pre-pregnancy weight. I can't wait to work on those very unwanted pre-pregancy pounds. I would love to fit into all my clothes again. I'm getting closer.
Clothes are starting to fit better. My tummy is flatter. I just need to start exercising. With the meds, the colds, and nausea, I just couldn't get the motivation up. I'm really going to try next week. I want to lose 5lbs in the next two weeks, while my hubby is gone.
So I've hit my first mini goal of 10lbs. My next one is to hit 149. And after I hit that goal, I want to get below 140. I'm trying to take mini steps. 10lbs is a great milestone. So I'm trying to focus on positives (I've lose 10lbs!) and not on the negative (I still want to lose 20-25 more!).
Good Luck to everyone. I was never more happy to see that number this morning.
