Haven't posted in a while..
Because there hasn't been much to post.
I was just biding my time till I could start SB. I haven't weighed myself since last Sunday. But it was still 157.5. So I'll weigh again tomorrow so I get a more accurate weight.
I started South Beach today. I forgot how involved it is. It is not a diet where you can just grab and go. You HAVE to fix everything you eat, unless its a piece of cheese or a veggie. That's why I tried WW, because of the convenience of it.
So, I'll have to start making big salads for the week to eat for lunch, and have an actual meal plan again.
I don't know how long I'll do phase 1, it will be at least 3-4 weeks, and then I'll go to phase 2, and do phase 1 to shock my system every few weeks.
Dinners are the hardest because I'm not a big veggie eater, so I have to get creative.
Anywho, so that's what has been going on. Hopefully my body will adjust, I'm not attempting exercising till I get used to the lower carb intake. I'll give it a couple of days.
Tomorrow night's menu - Big White Limas slowed cooked with onions. Yummy. (Seriously, I love them!)
