Slow Down! That's what my husband tells me. Obviously we went for a walk this evening.

haha.

So this weekend I did pretty good. I'm not going to blow off what I did lose. So even though we hung out with friends, I was very proud of myself. My downfall was the chips and salsa. Mmmm.

I haven't gained any weight back, yay for me.

I'm starting SB on Monday. Have to wait till some coupons come in so I can buy some food that I'll eat.

Dh is nervous, because he agreed to do this with me. But we will be working our good carbs back in after a month or so. So we can munch on tacos, and some pasta again. It's all about healthy choices.

Good Luck to everyone. I'm getting ready to go to bed. Maybe the baby will sleep 12 hours again, we'll see. :)

LOL!!

That's funny that dh was telling you to slow down!  Jay and I have pretty much the same pace.  That, or else he slows down if he senses me walking slower.

I can do a 15 min mile on a good day, but it's usually 18-20

I hope the baby does sleep a long night for you!!

That's great that you and hubby are going to do this together.  It really helps when you can eat the same thing. 

Didn't you feel proud when DH told you to slow down?  You should.
