Swollen Fingers and Itchy Thighs.

What I mean is I had a good walk.

The humidity was low, at least for this area - 40%! And maybe I am getting better in shape, but the we walked for nearly 45 minutes. And the first 1.5 was so much easier this time around. Yay.

As far as weight goes, I'm the same as I was last week. Very discouraging. So I officially quit weight watchers. I'm going to switch South Beach when all the carbs are out of the house.

I still plan on keeping the same eating habits I have now. Hopefully I can start within a week or so. I don't want to get rid of the bad stuff. I would rather eat it.

My biggest issue with South Beach is breakfast. I'm not a breakfast person. I only like grits, toast, and cereal. All have carbs. Although I do enjoy canadian bacon, so I might go back to that. I HAVE to eat breakfast to get my metabolism going in the mornings.

So, that's it. I'm disappointed that my PCOS made this hard for me. But South Beach worked great before, so I know it will again.

Finding what works

That's the key here.  Finding what works for you, your lifestyle, and your body.  Sometimes it's hit or miss.  And what worked a few months ago may not work now.  The bottom line is making healthy choices that you can stick with.  Good for you for adapting to the situation!
