Super Frustrated.

I don't think WW is a good "diet" for me. Mainly due to my crappy ovaries and PCOS. Joy. I woke up this morning and had gained back a pound. Good Lord.

The only thing I did different was not exercise last night, I was SO tired.

So, I'm giving it a couple of more weeks, basically till I run out of carbs, and then switch to South Beach. I'm going to continue working out, but paying 17 bucks a month to barely lose any weight, I don't think so. I know how South Beach works, I KNOW it works for me and my stupid condition, and its free!

I have 30lbs to drop. Those first few should drop quickly. Even some water weight would be nice! I'm trying to keep myself encouraged, but man, its hard when you've been been eating 1200 calories a day and barely dropping weight. WITH working out. I should at least be maintaining. Thats all I am saying.

At least I'm working out again, that's always a good thing. That should at least help get toned back up.

Losing weight SUCKS!

Enough whining. I need to get recipes and snacks for South Beach together. (sigh)
