Today's Exercise

Well, I live in Eastern NC, and it was so gross outside. I HATE humidity, and refuse to work out in it if at all possible. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but that's what growing in the South does to a person.

Anywho, so I pulled out my Wii Fit. I did 30 minutes straight of aerobics activity, and 10 minutes of yoga. Go me!

Hopefully we can walk tomorrow night. I want to alternate what I do to work out different muscle groups. I'm already sore from last night's walking (I told you, I'm so out of shape).

As far as the WW thing, it's going good and getting easier everyday. I do splurge every couple of day so I won't binge. But I'm mainly staying below my daily points (23).

Slow and steady, Sam, slow and steady. I don't want to gain this weight back, so I have to keep telling myself the slower it comes off, less of a chance of it coming back.

Splurge

That really is the key.  FInding ways to work your favorite things into your plan.  Good for you.  And way to go on the Wii Fit.

I agree on the heat and humidity.  It's pretty brutal.  I pulled up at the park to walk last night and my car thermometer said 102.  And I know the heat index was worse.  What's that about and how long til Fall?

Humidity

The humidity is something else down here in Ga tonight. I was sweating before I even made it halfway around the block. It is awful to work out in!
