Start of week 3
Monday's are my weight in days. Today was my second weigh in and I lost 3 lbs last week, and a total of 11 lbs. Really don't understand why week two was so minimal, but its still a loss, and a loss of 2-3 lbs is per week is preferred on WW.
I had a cousins graduation party yesterday, and I'm proud to say, I controlled myself, and actually lost 0.5 lbs. I weighed myself the day before, to see how bad the party was going to effect my weight loss. While at the party, I decided that I've worked to hard over the past two weeks to blow it now, a day before weight in.
In two weeks, I have a weekend beach trip with my brother and his partner (both are skinny, and exercise obsessed). I hope to lose maybe 5-10 lbs before then. Last year they tried to get me to do the lap-band. But even though this is slower, I'm determined this time. I would love to go next week and say Yeah, well I've lost 15-20 lbs this month.
