Its been 2 years...

Ok, two years ago I was on a good start, then I stopped. Nutrisystem was working, but I found it difficult to keep on the diet. So, after two years, and gaining everything plus more back, I'm trying again.

This time I'm on Weight Watchers, and I'm also taking Alli. After week one last week, I lost 8 lbs. I recently found this site again under my favorites on my old home computer. I wanted to restart the page, but it would not let me. I guess I could have created another page, but I thought to myself, let me be honost. I didn't come close to my last goal weight, and over two years have gained even more.

This time I am serious. Next year May 09, I will graduate from a 4 year nursing school, I'll be a BSN. I want to be healthy, so I can teach my patients about healthy lifestyles and living without being a hypocrite.

I will enjoy hearing from anybody who is also on a long jouney like myself. I have 130 lbs to lose. So I'll be around awhile.

Welcome back!

I'm a newbie and finding my way (I typed weigh LOL  How's that for a Freudian slip??) around EP.  I need to lose a good 100 lbs too so I'll be hanging around for a while myself.  Look forward to keeping up with how you're doing.

Welcome Back!

Anyone who can get through nursing school can do this, too!  All that discipline and studying can apply to wt control also.  I'm sure you have some tips you can share with us on how you 'get er done'!  No doubt about it - this is hard work. Congrats on the 8 lbs!!!!
