Not much happening...
So I'm staying on track with eating and exercise and I'm still motivated but I haven't had anything to say for a few days, lol. It's freezing outside today... about 15 degrees, I think. Just hanging out with my family this weekend watching movies and not doing too much - my favorite kind of weekend! I hope you guys are all well!

Ate crap...
So yesterday I was feeling stressed for a friend of mine and since I'm an emotional eater I ended up having Taco Bell for lunch and an egg salad bagel w/ fries for dinner. Ugh! I was so stuffed last night I felt sick! And of course I didn't work out... had to continue my bad choices throughout the day ;)
BUT... I got on the scale and I hadn't gained anything so that was motivating this morning. I didn't lose either, but what did I expect, lol?!
I'm back on track now though and have only eaten my Diet to Go meals so far for both breakfast and lunch and I plan to do the same for dinner. Plus this morning I did the treadmill for an hour. Yay. :)

Blah...
This morning I got on the scale and couldn't get it to work... I think it was sticking down, if that makes any sense. Oh well. I'll just keep at it today. I'm planning on putting my youngest down for a nap in just a minute then trying to get in 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill then some weights and sit ups on my fitness ball. I have to try to hurry since my oldest has OT this afternoon.
I'm a bit of a grump today so hopefully the endorphins from cardio will help lift me up, lol.

Day off
So last night I stayed up late making a few scrapbook pages for a friend whose getting married in 2 weeks. Her sister's putting together a 'wedding newspaper' for them (they live in Germany and it's apparently a tradition). So I didn't do any exercise AND while I was sitting here scanning pictures and doing the pages I ate 2 Chex 100 cal. snacks and a load of diet soda, lol :)
I thought for sure it would all show on the scale this morning but I was another pound down! Perhaps that means I should cut exercise out completely.....

Snacking
I have a snacking addiction, I think. I love to snack! I recently bought some 100 calorie Chex Chocolate & Caramel snacks that are super good, though. I also bought the 100 calorie mini popcorn bags from ActII but I haven't tried them yet. I think I will tonight during Grey's though! :)
There are other 100 calorie snacks that I plan on trying, too - like the Hostess cupcakes - they sound delish!
Have I made anyone else hungry yet???

I made it!! This morning I was FINALLY under 200 pounds!!

SO close!
OK - when I weighed myself right after I woke up this morning I was 201 even then I came downstairs and took care of the kids and then when I went back upstairs to get changed to work out I got on the scale again (of course - I'm obsessed, lmao!) And I was 200!!!! SO happy about that!
So ... I'm just a measley pound from FINALLY reaching my mini goal of being under 200! It will be a first in YEARS for me so I cannot wait!
I've been adding weights into my workouts every other day as well as doing the elliptical today instead of the treadmill trying to push myself to get off more weight.
Hopefully I'll have another post in the next day or two announcing that I've made it!!

Starting fresh
Well today I ate properly and I worked out with my hubby. I also started doing some weight training today with his help. Hopefully I can keep it up and do it every other day along with my normal cardio routine.
I'm also hoping that if I can do it and tone up a bit I'll also build more muscle so that I can burn more fat - faster, haha! :) 
Hopefully tomorrow I'll have gone down a bit but time will tell.

A new year
Well it's New Year's Eve. I did not reach my mini goal of being under 200 pounds by Christmas, unfortunately :( I'm still working at it though and I hope it will be easier now that the holidays are officially past us! It's fun to celebrate but so hard to stick to a healthy eating plan with all of the parties and such around this time of year!!
Hopefully I'll soon be able to post that I've made it to the ONEderful one hunderds :)
