One day at a time
OK... I suck, I know. I've been MIA forever and a day, right?! Well, I'm trying very hard to get back into the motivation of wanting this for myself.
I've gone back to low carb'ing and I've been back on the elliptical for 40 min./day the last couple of days and I feel great about those things. I just have to keep the ball rolling... one day at a time.
I only have about 36 pounds to reach my original goal of 160 so I can do that! :) I think I'll end up changing the goal to 150 but we'll see when I get to 160.
My hubby turned 30 this month so I threw him a big surprise party, which was a total blast. We had family vising for a few weeks from Afghanistan and weddings and parties galore in the time that I've been gone. I also had an uncle pass away 2 weeks ago. All in all - a TON going on, which is why my weight loss took a quick back seat, but I'm trying to gain my focus back now.
I'm off to check up on peeps :) Keep me honest, people!!
