Holy Moly!
OK - so I did the first workout for week 3 in the couch to 5K Cool Runnings program just now. WOW! That was tough for me!! I made it all the way through though so I'm SO happy with that! I'm doing it on my treadmill and I usually catch up on something good on the TV to keep my mind occupied while I'm doing it but today there wasn't anything on the Tivo so I just left it playing live TV on E! and it was something about Hollywood love gone wrong or something like that. It was not good though, lol, so that made the workout that much harder to get through!! 
I'm super proud of myself that I'm doing this though and I'm so happy that I can actually run for 3 straight minutes! Woot woot!
Hopefully the dang scale will move down again soon.....
