Slacker
I was a huge slacker this weekend... no workouts at ALL. I'm bummed but at the same time I've been so tired and 'blah' this weekend that I just didn't have the drive. It is what it is. Moving on.... :)
I was good eating this weekend, though - so that's a positive. We even went to a birthday party for a 9 year old at Chuck E Cheese Saturday and I had NO pizza or cake if you can believe that... and I adore birthday cake :) I, instead, went and got myself salad at their salad bar and felt good about that :)
So - back to the grind tomorrow for Week 3, Workout 1 of the Cool Runnings program! Wish me luck!
